Terms and Conditions

Registration and/or use of the site ipmint.com (the “Site”), implies acceptance by the user of the Site (“User”) of the General Conditions set out herein. Use of the Site constitutes an agreement between the User and IPM Ltd (the “Company”). Should the User not agree with the following general conditions, they are not authorised to use the Site or the services provided by the company.

 

  1. Ownership of the Contents

The company is a subsidiary of IPM Ltd. The Site and the Contents of same, including, by way of non-limiting example, the words and images (the “Contents”) are the property of the company, of IPM Ltd or of third parties providing services to the Company. All rights are reserved, unless otherwise stated. All contents, be they trademarks, logos or other distinctive signs are trademarks which have been registered by the company, by IPM Ltd or by third parties having granted related rights to them. Use of unauthorised Contents or Contents which conflicts with these general conditions, on the part of the User, is prohibited.

 

  1. Use of the Site

The company maintains the Site for purposes of entertainment, information, communication and for the provision of third party entertainment services. Use of the Site is allowed solely in accordance with these General Conditions. Specifically, the Company and IPM Ltd grant Users a personal, non-transferable right to use the Site in the following manner:

  • reproduction, modification, duplication, copying, distribution, sale or any form of economic gain from the Site Contents, is prohibited unless authorised in advance in writing by the company or by IPM Ltd;
  • any use of the Contents for commercial and/or advertising purposes is prohibited;
  • use of the Site in order to include or send obscene, insulting, defamatory or pornographic material of for any reason constituting an offence or which gives rise to legal liability or which, in any manner, breaches applicable law, is prohibited. In such cases the Company shall actively cooperate with authorities and law enforcement in order to discover the identity of any person including or sending such material to the Site.

 

  1. Users’ liability

Users using the Site contact forms are obliged to state solely their personal data which is requested and Users represent that such data is truthful, correct and updated. Users acknowledge that they are liable for any use of the Site by themselves or by others using their personal data.

 

  1. Exclusion of Warranties

The Site is provided by the Company on an “as is basis”. The company and IPM Ltd provide no warranty as to the functioning of the Site or the accuracy, completion and reliability of the Contents. The company and IPM Ltd provide no implicit or explicit warranty of merchantability and suitability for a particular purpose.

 

  1. Limitations on liability

Subject to limitations allowed by applicable laws, the Company shall not be liable for loss or damage of any type arising from use of the Site, including direct, indirect, incidental and consequential damage.

 

  1. Links to third party sites

The Site contains links to third party sites. The Company and IPM Ltd exercise no control over such sites and, therefore, hold no liability whatsoever for the Contents of these sites. Some of these links are to third party sites providing services to the Site. In such cases, the General Conditions for Use of the Site shall apply to each single service and with regard to the service arranged by third parties in respect of which the Company and IPM Ltd hold no liability whatsoever.

 

  1. Privacy

All the data provided by the User to the Site shall be used in accordance with the provisions set out in the Privacy Policy. All other information or material sent to the Site by means of email or in any other manner shall not be considered confidential and shall not be protected by intellectual property rights. Any material sent by the User to the Company shall become the property of the Company which may therefore use it for any lawful purpose.

 

  1. Governing law

These General Conditions for the use of the Site are governed by Italian law.

 

  1. Amendments to the General Conditions

The Company reserves the right to amend the Site and these General Conditions at any time. Notice of such amendments shall be provided in the Site, and, without prejudice to the User’s right not to use the Site, the User shall continue to use the Site in accordance with the amended version of the General Conditions.

 

  1. Additional conditions

Additional terms and conditions which are different from these General Conditions may be applied to specific services or goods provided through the Site. The User hereby warrants and represents that they agree with these other terms and conditions, in the event that a request is made for the related goods or services.
